christina is the name of the manager,she hang up the
phone on me when i was talking to her,i was not rude
she said she would not help me and would not give me a refund.
I brought B creams and two acne kits and they didnt work for me and my mom and sister
i sent them back for a refund,because they had a
30 money back gurantee,total amount spent was $127.14.
but christina said the B cream bottles
were empty and face cream bottles were empty and
she would not give refund becasue of that,but everything else was full one face cream was finish
I told her it was three of us using the product and it irritaed and itched our skin
she wasnt going to getback a full bottle on all of them that would be ridiculuous
what did she expect i told her to let me speack to the owner
but she said no he doesnt take calls and she said i cant help you
and hang up,i told her im going to report her because i need back my $124.14.
the website has that policy and yet they dont own up to it,that is
lying to the customers that buy i want back my refund as they got back all their products
